‘Li’l Folk Festival’ at KLAY Prep School on 16th and 23rd Feb

Instead of staying at home and watching TV, or playing games on mobile, or going to a mall, introduce children to our traditional art and culture.

Folklore – term was coined in 1845 by the Englishman William Thoms. Folklore- tales, art, music, dance- is the knowledge and traditions of a particular group, passed on by word of mouth. Transmission is a significant part of the folklore process. These beliefs and customs would be lost if it’s not communicated to others.

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, KLAY Prep School is organising three hour event to introduce children to the magical world of folk tales, folk art and folk music.
